Do You online Your Offline business too,..

Some conventional business like offline business is it necessary to be online? or just stay offline,. like say there's medium coffee shop at the corner,.. the owner too busy and no time to get online his business. so far there's no problem the revenue still running and the owner still getting profit. the employee even not much but running well. what happen if the owner getting online his coffee shop business ? is the profit rise up ,.. or stay the same. what is the value ?
Ok if the world know his coffee shop online ,.. is that would change the profit that the buyer from the other place come to his coffee shop ? or may be the owner can sell food online ? what's really the advantage?
but maybe if the coffee shop being online, it still a good effort and I think there's more than a value.
